About QALDO
What is QALDO?
QALDO is a management platform designed specifically for event catering professionals. It brings together your clients, events, services, teams, quotes, invoices, payments and documents in one place.
Who is QALDO designed for?
QALDO is designed for catering businesses of all sizes — from independent caterers managing occasional events to established companies handling hundreds of events every year.
Do I need to install anything?
No. QALDO is a web-based platform and can be accessed directly from your browser. Simply create your account and sign in.
Plans & pricing
Choosing your plan
Is there a free version of QALDO?
Yes. The Free plan gives you access to QALDO's core management features for up to 10 events per year. It is ideal for discovering the platform or managing an occasional catering activity.
What are the event limits for each plan?
The Free plan includes up to 10 events per year, Starter up to 75 events per year, Pro up to 250 events per year, while Business includes unlimited events.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. QALDO is designed to grow with your business. You can upgrade your subscription when you need more capacity or move to a lower plan when your requirements change.
What happens if I reach my event limit?
If you reach the annual event limit included in your plan, you can upgrade to the next QALDO plan to continue creating and managing additional events.
Is yearly billing cheaper than monthly billing?
Yes. Yearly subscriptions offer a lower overall price. Starter is CHF 199/year instead of CHF 24/month, Pro is CHF 399/year instead of CHF 49/month, and Business is CHF 699/year instead of CHF 79/month.

Payments and cancellation
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Your current plan remains available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the monthly or yearly billing cycle you selected, unless you cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Subscription payments are securely processed by Stripe. QALDO does not directly store your complete card details.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in the event of a billing error attributable to GastronomIA Tech Sàrl.

Can I create quotes and invoices with QALDO?
Yes. QALDO lets you create quotes based on your events and services, convert them into invoices and keep track of payments from the same workspace.
Can I manage my team with QALDO?
Yes. QALDO includes team planning tools that allow you to organise staff members, roles, availability and assignments for your events.
Can I keep all information related to an event together?
Yes. Events are at the heart of QALDO. You can connect clients, contacts, services, team assignments, quotes, invoices and documents to keep the essential information for each event in one place.

Your data and our support
Who owns the data I store in QALDO?
The data you enter into QALDO remains the property of you or your company. GastronomIA Tech Sàrl operates the platform and implements technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
